How to Check the RUET Eligible List 2026
To see if you have been shortlisted for the Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET) admission test, follow these steps:
- Visit the Official Portal: Go to admission.ruet.ac.bd.
- Find the Notice Section: Look for the link titled “Eligible Candidates List for Admission Test (Session 2025-26)”.
- Download the PDF: The list is usually published as a PDF. You can search for your HSC Roll Number or Application ID using the
Ctrl + Ffunction. - Verify Your Group: Ensure you check the list for your specific group (KA for Engineering/URP or KHA for Architecture).
Selection Criteria & Shortlisting Process
Since RUET limits the number of examinees to 19,000, the competition to get onto the eligible list is intense. The shortlisting is done based on:
- Total GPA/Marks: Sum of grade points in Physics, Chemistry, and Higher Mathematics in HSC.
- Tie-Breaking: If multiple students have the same GPA, individual marks in Mathematics, then Physics, then Chemistry are considered.
